Terms of Service: Doctrinal Agreement

QRtracts LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") operates with businesses, ministries, churches, and other organizational entities that share the same belief system.

Conditions of Use:

1.0 Adherence to Beliefs: Every organization that chooses to use the QRtracts platform, owned by the Company, must practice, teach, and adhere to the following list of beliefs throughout the entirety of their partnership.

There is one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
There is one way to heaven, through faith in Jesus Christ because of His death on the cross for the forgiveness of sins.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God: fully God and fully human, God in the flesh. He is alive and seated at the right hand of the Father.
Homosexuality is a sin.
Transgenderism is a sin.
Abortion is a sin.
Male and Female are the only two genders.

2.0 Termination Clause: If an organization fails to practice, teach, and adhere to this list of beliefs at any given time during the partnership, the Company reserves the right to terminate the contract and discontinue the partnership.

By using QRtracts, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of digital content provided through your QRtracts portal:

1.0 QR Code Generation

Clients are not permitted to generate any QR code related to their QRtracts portal without prior written approval from QRtracts LLC. All QR codes and related designs are the intellectual property of QRtracts LLC, and any unauthorized generation or modification of QR codes constitutes an infringement on our intellectual property rights.

2.0 Printing Restrictions

Clients are prohibited from printing gospel tract cards, stickers, or any other print materials featuring their QRtracts portal URL. This includes any reproduction or distribution of materials in print form without prior written permission from QRtracts LLC. All card designs and materials provided by QRtracts LLC are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of QRtracts LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials, including printing or altering the designs outside of our supervision, constitutes an infringement on our intellectual property rights and could result in legal action.

3.0 Special Requests

If you wish to request permission for any special printing needs, you must contact us at support@qrtracts.com. Approval is required before any such materials are printed.

4.0 Violation of Terms

Any unauthorized printing or distribution of materials in violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your access to QRtracts services.

By continuing to use QRtracts, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

By using QRtracts, you agree to the following terms regarding your account license:

1.0 Ministry-Specific Licensing

The QRtracts software license is tied to the ministry under which it was originally purchased. If a pastor, staff member, or representative moves to a different ministry, the license does not transfer to the new ministry. A separate purchase is required for each ministry entity. Ownership of the software remains with the ministry that made the original purchase, ensuring that each organization maintains independent access and management of its QRtracts portal.

By continuing to use QRtracts, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

Terms of Service: General

Welcome to QRtracts LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These General Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, website, mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.0 Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

You agree not to use the Service to upload or share harmful, misleading, spammy, defamatory, or unlawful content.

2.0 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to keep that information up to date.

QRtracts LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

3.0 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with the Service are the exclusive property of QRtracts LLC or its licensors. Use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content or software without express written permission.

4.0 Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. QRtracts LLC may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by such changes or service interruptions.

5.0 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” QRtracts LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, error-free, or meet your expectations.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRtracts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

7.0 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRtracts LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit or share through the Service.

8.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action shall be filed in a court located in Cherokee County Georgia.

9.0 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and may notify you via email or on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.0 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

QRtracts LLC is not liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or device. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking incidents, phishing, or the use of weak or reused passwords.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

11.0 Payment, Billing & Subscription Terms

QRtracts LLC offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based services. By making a purchase or subscribing to any feature, you agree to the following terms:

11.1 One-Time Purchases

Certain products and services offered through QRtracts LLC—such as the core software license or printed materials—may be available for a one-time fee. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated and added during checkout.

11.2 Subscriptions for Ongoing Services

QRtracts LLC also offers subscription-based services, including but not limited to analytics, printed material refills, and other premium features. These services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

By subscribing, you authorize QRtracts LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees, including taxes or other charges.

11.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for select subscriptions. If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

11.4 Changes to Pricing or Features

QRtracts LLC reserves the right to modify pricing or included features of any plan at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11.5 Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for unused time.

QRtracts LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service for non-payment or violation of our Terms.

11.6 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may retry the payment or suspend access to your subscription features until the issue is resolved. After repeated failures, we may terminate the service.

11.7 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including one-time purchases and subscriptions, unless required by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:

Partial use of a subscription period
Unused print credits or refill services
Accidental or duplicate purchases

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion and must be requested in writing.

12.0 Third-Party Integrations

QRtracts LLC may integrate with or rely on third-party services, platforms, plugins, and APIs to provide certain features and functionality (e.g., analytics, payment processing, printing services, QR code generation, or communication tools). These third-party services are not owned or operated by QRtracts LLC, and your use of them is subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.

12.1 No Control or Endorsement

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Inclusion of a third-party integration does not imply endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of its functionality.

12.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of any third-party integration is at your sole risk. QRtracts LLC shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, service outages, or legal issues that arise from your use of or reliance on third-party services.

12.3 Data Sharing with Third Parties

Certain features may require QRtracts LLC to share limited data with third-party services on your behalf (e.g., to generate a QR code or process a payment). By using those features, you authorize us to transmit the necessary data under our Privacy Policy.

12.4 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with any applicable third-party terms, licenses, and data handling requirements when using these services through QRtracts LLC.

QRtracts LLC is not responsible for ensuring continued access to third-party integrations should those services discontinue or change their terms.

13.0 Public Display of Information

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service to create a competing product
Circumvent any limitations or access controls imposed by QRtracts LLC

What is included in each plan?

Each plan includes the core QRtracts software and printed gospel tracts. The plugins have varied prices and will have either a monthly or one-time charge.

What if I run out cards?

If you run out of gospel tracts at any time, you can easily purchase more through the “Purchase Cards” menu item on your QRtracts Dashboard.

Can I cancel or upgrade my plugins later?

You can cancel plugins with monthly charges at any time. However, plugins with a one-time charge are yours permanently and are non-refundable.

Can I create a custom bundle?

Yes, please contact us for custom bundles or special features.

Are the QRtracts available in multiple languages?

Yes, our QRtracts can be digitally translated into over 100 languages. While English is the default, it can easily be switched to another language with the tap of a button. Users can select up to three additional languages from our repository of over 100 languages to streamline options and remove unnecessary ones.

However, printed QRtracts in different languages are different. Currently, we only offer Spanish as an alternate language for printed cards, as these cards have the same capabilities as our English versions. They can be edited, tracked, and more—features not available with digital translations, which are generated in real-time by AI.

Are there any system requirements to use QRtracts?

There are no system requirements to use the QRtracts platform. Everything can be conveniently acessed through a modern web browser.

Are the QRtracts compatible with all devices?

Yes, our QR codes are optimized for scanning with any smartphone or QR reader. However, some third-party QR code scanning apps may lack the system requirements to display our gospel tracts properly. Using the camera app on any smartphone is guaranteed to work seamlessly.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no additional setup fees beyond the cost of the selected plan. The only extra charge you will incur after the invoice is generated is the shipping cost, which will be calculated once we have received your shipping address.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we have special rates for partnered denominations. Contact us for more information.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once the invoice has been reviewed and paid.
