Who Is QRtracts?
We are a Christian evangelistic ministry on a mission to equip Christians, ministries, and organizations with powerful, modern tools for evangelism.
We see ourselves as blacksmiths—forging weapons and tools for Christians on the front lines, both at home and abroad. Whether you’re serving internationally or locally, we are the service provider you can rely on.
Where Did We Get Our Name?
Our name is a combination of the two words that laid the foundation for our mission:
QR Codes + Gospel Tracts = QRtracts
What Is Our Mission?
To equip the Church with trusted, easy-to-use tools that inspire Christians to share the Gospel and advance worldwide evangelism—through revolutionary tools powered by modern technology.
What Is Our Vision?
01
To see new and more Christians step out in faith to share the Gospel with their community.
02
To bring a revival of the gospel tract, where the Gospel is in constant circulation in every community worldwide to plant seeds of salvation and see a massive harvest of souls.
03
Equip our brothers and sisters on the front lines with the tools they need to boldly fulfill their mission.
04
Strengthen outreach strategies for churches, ministries, and organizations to maximize their impact.
Why the Hebrew Character ה (hei)?
What started out as an accident, became a prophetic symbol for the ministry.

The Original QRtracts Logo – August 23, 2022
creating the logo
On August 23rd, 2022, I finally sat down to create the logo for QRtracts. After months of prayer and fasting, it felt like the right time to start bringing the vision God gave me to life. I said a short prayer, something like, “Lord, please help me design the logo for this project.”
I wanted to create a logo that combined a QR code with the word “tracts.” I was aiming for something simple that would clearly convey its purpose at a glance—plus, it needed to scale well for smaller formats since it had to look good as both an app icon and a favicon.
With little graphic design experience, I decided to give Adobe Express a shot, hoping it would be the solution I needed. I found a QR code icon I liked and added a rectangle in the middle with the word “tracts” centered inside. I chose this because it was simple and visually communicated that the tract would be “inside” the QR code when scanned.
It sounds quick, but this process took about three hours. Once I got it looking how I wanted, I exported it from Adobe Express.
The Revelation
Then, when I saw the preview of the image file on my desktop, I noticed that the shapes in the QR code looked like Hebrew characters. With very little knowledge of Hebrew, I looked up the Hebrew alphabet online and was absolutely shocked to see that what I thought resembled Hebrew characters were actually real Hebrew characters—specifically the ה (hei) character.
I had a moment of holy fear. I just sat there, in utter shock, because I knew this couldn’t have been an accident. It felt like something much more profound, something God had planned all along.
The Meaning of ה (hei)
I then looked up the meaning of ה (hei), curious if it even had a meaning as a character on its own. I checked several different articles and websites, from both Orthodox Jewish and Christian sources, about its significance. That’s when my shock grew even deeper.
The meaning of the character ה (hei) perfectly captured the entire purpose of QRtracts. It has deep ties to God’s name יַהְוֶה (YHWH), the renaming of Abram and Sarai to Abraham and Sarah (God added ה to their names after the covenant was made), and themes of repentance, redemption, and reconciliation.
The Final Logo Design
The original logo looked “clunky” and was too complex when scaled down to smaller formats, so I had to simplify it even more, which led to the logo we have today—the Hebrew character ה (hei).
The original logo still served its purpose, with the Lord using it to show that He is the originator and foundation of this vision. It made sense to use just that character as our logo, signifying that the God behind QRtracts is the God of Israel.
The Hebrew character ה (hei) represents important themes.
Repentance
“The Talmud informs us that the hei also represents teshuvah—repentance. To appreciate how the form of the letter hei embodies the concept of teshuvah, compare the hei, ה, to the ches, ח, the eighth letter of the alef-beis. Both forms look very much alike. Each is made up of three lines. The one conspicuous difference is the small aperture atop the hei’s left limb. What does this have to do with teshuvah? G‑d declares to Cain after he kills his brother Abel, “Sin (chatas) lies at your door.” The opening (or door) on the bottom of both the hei and the ches represents sin. With the ches, there can be no escape from the “door of sin” without transgression (i.e., without exiting through the bottom of the ches). But the hei has another opening, another possible course of action. The little opening at the top of the hei allows for the possibility of teshuvah, or return.” – Source
Spiritual Unity
“The form of the Hebrew is made by a dalet ד and yod י . The י yud is a picture of the divine. The ד is a picture of the physical world and the door. As hey ה is a picture of the spirit, it can be seen as us returning to the divine י by the door ד.” – Source
God of Israel
God’s name, יהוה (Yahweh), has 2 ה’s in His name.
The letter ה (Hei) also means “Breath,” which is the Ruach in Hebrew, symbolizing the Holy Spirit. Just as His Breath gives us life, the Holy Spirit makes us born again, granting us new life through Jesus Christ.
“The letter ה (Hei) is also often used instead of writing out one of the most common names used for G-d. Overall, we see that the letter Hei not only possesses many practical uses in the Hebrew language, but it also has great power associated with it in the spiritual realm.” – Source

Alex’s Bio
Alex loves Jesus Christ with all his heart. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and has worked as an IT & Cybersecurity Analyst at one of the largest cryptocurrency fintech companies in the world.
As his relationship with Jesus grew deeper and deeper, Alex heard the call to ministry. He prayed for God to use his gifts and talents in the IT field to spread the gospel worldwide. Eventually, his prayer was answered when he received a vision to leverage QR codes and smartphone technology to revolutionize the sharing of the gospel in a way that seamlessly integrates with modern culture.
Additionally, he aimed to create a tool for the church that would easily allow Christians to share the gospel with anyone, regardless of their evangelism training or experience. God revealed the decline of gospel tract usage and how the Lord wants to revive their use to plant seeds of salvation. Alex knew that the key to reviving gospel tracts had to involve modern appeal for non-believers and ease of use for Christians.
Alex has successfully pioneered the first-ever fully electronic gospel tract called QRtracts™. QRtracts™ is the revolution of the gospel tract, unlocking a whole new world of outreach strategies that did not exist before.
Join us on this revolutionary journey to proclaim the gospel in a fresh and new way to our rapidly decaying culture.
“I look forward to partnering with you and serving alongside you to fulfill the Great Commission together as a team for Jesus!” – Alex
